As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Collaborative of African Professionals in Milwaukee (CAP MKE) continues to strengthen its role as a leading platform for connection, empowerment, and professional growth within the African community and allies across the greater Milwaukee area. The organization is committed to advancing opportunity through professional development, education, entrepreneurship, and cultural pride—building pathways that support long-term success and collective advancement.

This highly anticipated gathering will spotlight two core areas of wealth creation: leveraging credit strategically and real estate investment strategy. Attendees will gain actionable insights into how credit can be used as a tool for building financial opportunity, including launching businesses, securing funding, and expanding investment potential.

The real estate segment will be led by Emmanuel Okoro, who will share real-world experience scaling and structuring rental investments, including strategies for building and managing a growing portfolio. The credit and financial empowerment session will be led by Damilare Tomori, focusing on how to use credit effectively as a foundation for business growth, investing, and long-term wealth building.

Together, these sessions will emphasize practical strategies, systems, and mindset shifts needed to move from early-stage financial planning to sustainable wealth creation.

Beyond the educational programming, the event will provide a dynamic in-person networking environment where attendees can connect, collaborate, and build relationships with like-minded professionals. CAP MKE continues to emphasize that strong communities are built through strong networks—and this event is designed to foster exactly that.

Whether attendees are just beginning their financial journey or actively scaling their investments, the event offers a unique opportunity to gain knowledge, ask questions, and take actionable steps toward wealth creation.

“This is not just a networking event—it’s a space for real strategy and real execution,” one of the speakers shared. “If you’re serious about building wealth through real estate and financial literacy, this is where you need to be.”
