1. Event Tickets

• All ticket purchases are final unless the event is canceled by Afroblend Online.

• If an event is canceled, we will issue a refund or offer a ticket exchange for a future event.

• If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. Refunds are available only upon request within 7 days of the announcement.

2. Third-Party Ticket Sales

• Tickets purchased via Eventbrite or other third-party platforms are subject to their refund policies.

• Please review the refund terms on the platform you purchased from.

3. Service Fees

• Service and transaction fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Merchandise & Services

• For Afroblend merchandise or services purchased directly from our site, refunds are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned at your cost.
